Jormungandr is a reference to the Midgard Serpent, also known as the World Serpent in Norse mythology. This is showcased by having her sitting on a mechanical throne that resembles a giant living serpent! Jormungandr doesn’t really enjoy the company of others and is very afraid of getting hurt. This pushes her to live the life of an hermit, being deeply hidden within her domain. When the war exploded between Zeus and Cronus, she was powerless to resist the titans who transformed her into the Goddess that she is today. Having successfully fought into the war, she desired to return to her domain and be at peace again by herself. Luckily her wish was answered and she was able to return to her domain where she was put into hibernation until the son of prophecy arrived.
Hydra is another famous goddess with a name inspired by Greek mythology. While the famous hydra had 9 heads, this beautiful Hydra only has one and the two mechanical ferocious snakes that follow her. Although she may seem scary, she is actually extremely gentle and caring. She prefers protecting others rather than harming anyone and she actively cares for the people of Olympus. Living in the ocean like most goddesses, she protects many people that came under harm during the war by sheltering them in her domain. Her beautiful heart was also her main weakness, and the Titans quickly became aware of this during the war: one day they mysteriously appeared at her domain and threatened her to join them. If she refused they would harm the people she was protecting. Having no other choice, Hydra joined the titans and was transformed into a mechanical goddess. Due to an ironic twist of fate, by losing her free will she was eventually forced to attack the people she once protected. Once the war was over, she fell asleep longing for revenge against the ones who put her in this terrible position.
A Sphinx in Greek mythology is often portrayed as having a human head and the body of a lion. We can safely say that the gorgeous Sphinx has mostly human parts. She also harbors a set of mechanical wings that makes her look as beautiful as she is fierce! Sphinx was surprisingly very cruel to many, putting her pleasure for riddles above anything else. Her favorite pastime was to go from village to village and ask people to answer riddles and play her games. Failing to do so would result in a swift death. During the war people fled the villages to avoid the conflict, which resulted in Sphinx feeling lonely and frustrated. Being fierce as a lion and too confident for her own good, she decided to take on the Titans by herself since she had lost her playmates because of them. Little did she know that the titans were much more stronger than her and quickly she was captured and transformed. Once the war was over she hibernated like the other goddesses, but this experience left her disgraced and with a strong desire for revenge.
